New antibiotics - The fight against resistance
Multi-resistant bacteria live on the skin of some of us. When we are young, healthy and fit, there is o reason to worry. But it can happen to all of us that we suddenly become sick, our immune system is weakened or we are seriously injured and must go into hospital. When multi-resistant bacteria invade our bodies, it can be life-threatening. And the problem is getting worse.
